Everything you need to know about services and activities for families in Slough has been brought together by Slough Borough Council in one website.
The Slough Children and Young People’s Directory is a new website with zones for children, young people, parents and carers and professionals who work with children.
Each zone contains relevant information for the age group and professionals can add records to the directory.
Carol Franklin, children’s services information coordinator, said: “This website is all about families being able to access the information they want.
“Whether it is services and organisations that support children or just fun activities for kids during the summer holidays, this website has them all.”
Councillor Natasa Pantelic, commissioner for education and children, said: “The directory brings a range of activities for children and young people together into one easily accessible location, and offers a range of information and advice on activities in and around Slough.
“There is also useful information for parents about health and childcare amongst other things.
“The benefit of this website is that for the first time all of these services are brought together, and this really should be the first stop for information about children and young people in Slough.”
